"Comfort was a bit of a mixed bag"
At first, these shoes felt comfortable and I thought they were going to be great for training. But after wearing them for a while, they started to feel a little tight. They’re not terrible by any means, and I can still use them, but I was expecting them to feel better overall

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: the fit was tighter than I expected. It might be worth sizing up so you don’t end up uncomfortable.

"I found the site easy..."
I found the site easy to use and had no trouble finding the hockey gear I was looking for. Checkout went through smoothly too, which I appreciated. A few pages did load slower than expected, so that was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I’d expect some kind of small discount or credit if the site keeps lagging like that.

"Wish I’d Double-Checked the Order Sooner"
My order showed up on time, which was great, but one of the items came in the wrong size. I had to go back and forth with customer service over a few emails before it got sorted out. It ended up being okay in the end, but I kind of regret not checking everything right away. Still a bit frustrating though, I expected the order to be checked more carefully before it was sent.

"Not sure it was worth the price"
I bought a hockey stick from grays-hockey.com and thought it would feel a bit better for the money. It’s not bad or anything, but the quality just feels average to me. Delivery was fine, no real complaints there, but I’ve used cheaper sticks that felt about the same. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again unless it was on a good sale

I thought the website looked clean and modern . The product photos were clear , and the colors really fit the hockey gear vibe . A few pages felt a little crowded on my phone , but overall it was a nice site to browse .

Support was really nice and did end up fixing the issue, so I’m happy with that. It just took a bit longer than I expected. I’m curious if other people had the same wait time, but overall they got it sorted.

"It’s okay, but I’m not totally convinced"
I’ve been using this stick for a little while and it’s decent enough, but I’m not completely sold on the quality. The grip started wearing down sooner than I expected, which makes me wonder how well it’ll hold up over time. Not terrible, just not amazing either.

"Fast delivery, though the tracking was a bit vague at first"
I ordered a new hockey stick from grays-hockey.com and, to be fair, it turned up quicker than I was expecting. It was packaged well enough, everything was intact, and there were no issues with the stick itself.
The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars was the lack of tracking info early on. Reading between the lines, it seemed like the order was moving along fine, but I would’ve liked a clearer update so I wasn’t left wondering. Overall though, the delivery was good and I’d still be happy to order again.

"Still solid after a few months of weekend games"
I picked up this Grays hockey stick a few months back and it’s held up better than I expected. It’s taken a fair few knocks already, mostly around the lower edge and toe, and I keep checking for little cracks or any rattly bits because I’m a bit fussy about that stuff. So far, nothing. The grip still feels decent too, and the stick hasn’t started feeling soft or dead when I hit with it. I play most weekends, sometimes on rough pitches, so I’m really happy with how it’s lasting...

I ordered—well, I grabbed a hockey stick from grays-hockey.com and the delivery was mostly fine. It showed up around when they said it would, maybe a day later than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a big deal. The tracking updated alright, and the parcel arrived in good condition. I’d probably give it 5 stars if they dispatched it a bit faster, but overall I’m happy with the experience...
